Marshall Miller has twenty years of criminal defense experience and is known for his zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients. Marshall is a native of Joplin, Missouri. After graduating from Joplin High School, Marshall attended Missouri Southern State University in Joplin for his undergraduate studies, Pepperdine University in Malibu California for his graduate studies, and the University of Missouri for his law studies.
Marshall is an experienced defense litigator and has acheived jury verdicts of not guilty in a wide variety of serious criminal charges, including Murder, Involuntary Manslaughter, Forcible Rape, Statutory Rape 1st, Statutory Sodomy 1st, Statutory Rape 2nd, Statutory Sodomy 2nd, and Felony Child Abuse.

Marshall enjoys playing and listening to music, cooking, working out, reading, researching and spending time with his family and their pets. Marshall resides locally with his wife and five children.
